  5. This file provides information for Shareware Distributors and Disk Vendors
  6. who wish to distribute the WinWin 1.5 package, including an extract from
  7. the license agreement and suggested program descriptions and keywords.

  9. (NOTE: If at the end of evaluation you decide you want to
  10. remove WinWin, WinWin's uninstall feature will remove all
  11. traces and restore all system settings to their
  12. previous condition.)

  14. The attached VENDINFO data record is hereby incorporated by
  15. reference.  Any distribution satisfying all the distribution
  16. requirements expressed in that data record is hereby authorized.

  22. The following is an extract from the license agreement
  23. regarding the distribution of the Shareware version of WinWin:

  25. You have permission to distribute our Shareware in its original
  26. form as long as:
  27.  
  28. - You identify it as Shareware.
  29. - You provide a 'try-before-you-buy' definition of Shareware.
  30. - You leave all property (copyright, trademark, patent) notices in place.
  31. - You encourage registration for the use of Shareware after evaluation.
  32. - You distribute all WinWin supplied files unmodified.
  33. - We do not ask you to stop.

  35. Many BBSs customarily add a small text file (advertisement) to each
  36. archived file. This text file describes the BBS and tells people that
  37. the file was downloaded from that particular BBS. Other BBSs add a small
  38. one-line message with their BBS name and phone number into the compressed
  39. file, which will display when the file is uncompressed. Either of these
  40. methods of mentioning your BBS are acceptable and may be used, provided
  41. the program and documentation is otherwise unmodified and complete.

  44. Professionals (ASP). If you have a special area for products produced
  45. by ASP members, or if you denote ASP member's products in a special
  46. way, we would request and appreciate such recognition.
